Japanese Gamers Can Play Final Fantasy XIII on iOS and Android

Some time ago, Square Enix had announced Final Fantasy XIII will be played in the tablet and smartphone streaming. Unfortunately, this service was suspended by Square Enix. Today, surprisingly they announce that now the game has been available for iOS and Android devices in the territory of Japan.

Basically gamers play Final Fantasy XIII on mobile through cloud steaming services created through "G-cluster technology," cloud gaming provider of Finland. Square Enix recommends a broadband connection to 3Mbps or more to be able to play this game.

Final Fantasy XIII for smartphones is available free of charge. However, gamers can only play for 30 minutes just for the free period. Furthermore, players will be charged JPY 2000 to be able to continue the game. No further information regarding the possibility of Square Enix release outside of Japan.
